It means to like tell someone to put it on hold for you. You know when they say RSVP for parties it's kind of the same because you're bascially saying that you're attending so they're going to save you a seat. With the VJ bear you're telling them that you want one so put one on hold for you so that way you are guarenteed a bear[: Hope I helped!
