What's 'in'?

What's 'in' and what's 'out'? Who really knows? Not me! There's stuff in Bearville that are sooo rare, and stuff that's so...not. So how can you tell what is or isn't? Why are some things in such high demand? I'm so confused when it comes to knowing what's rare or not, and what's a fair trade for something so rare. So does anyone have like a...list kind of thing saying what all the rare stuff is? Sometimes I get so confused especially when people say that something is rare even though it isn't just because they're trying to persuade you into trading something to them. Please help a girl out here, thanks!
