Member of the Month

So, I was thinking today... Buildabearville should have a Member of the Month.
Its just in the newspaper, and whoever it is gets a special, yet not tradable, Member of the Month shirt.
The reason why I think it shouldn't be tradable is because it would be easy
for other members to get it, and plus someone could trick them and just give
them a non-rare item. I know when I had a rare shirt, someone gave me a Pawlette shirt that was only maybe 200 BB and I traded them.
So what do you guys think?

Well, I'm not so sure about this. Would it be a random thing? And theres thousands of bearvillians, it would take forever for each person to get awarded.
