help! i got hacked!

ugh! i got hacked before but this time just a few clothes got stolen! i had a contest on youtube and i was giving out a hollymoose coat and a pink dress forgot the name of it but that got stolen! please please help! if ur a cybearguide please reply fast! and if u know what do do please tell me!

did you give out your information, or how did they hack into your account

yes i did =( to one person she said she would give me a credit dress im like idk she said u can trust me ! weve been doing that for 2 weeks and im like fine so i gave her it and she gave me the dress but 2 weeks later now .... i was wearing totally different clothes and yeah =(

First, you should try refreshing your page and clearing your cache, to make sure its not a glitch. Then, change your password, just so they can't hack again. If you still feel your stuff is unsafe, you can make another account and transfer stuff that you don't want to trade away to that account. DON'T tell anyone your password. Ever. No matter what they say. Don't tell anyone your password, and don't ask anyone else for theirs. Then you should email vwhelp@buildaber.com and tell them about this. They'll probably return your items.

ya i did change my pass.. but i want to transfer but i have 6 bears on my other account lol i did email vwhelp@buildabear.com and i'll do those stuff thanks

You don't have to transfer accounts. Just put some stuff in there, or you can store it in your attic. You can put like stuff you wouldn't want to trade or wear, or just put all your rare stuff in that account, and use it as a trading account. When making contests and stuff, use your current account.

Great advice from everyone. Be sure to report it at vwhelp.com and also change your password immediately and include numbers in your password.
Never give personal info online including your password to anyone.
Even if it is a friend or sister, because if they do or say bad things on your account it can get permanently banned, which is another bad thing for you instead of just missing your items.
