It's about a girl whose dream is to go to Paris. She has to go with her friend and her stepsister who she loaths. When she gets there the girl looks like a celebrity and she uses that as an advantage. Then she continues to pretend to be the celebrity and things get out of hand.

It was really cute and sorta cheesy.
