It's about how Lightning McQueen comes back to race in the world cup. He's embarassed by his friend Mater, which ruins their friendship. Lightning Mcqueen feels bad and then spies of America realizes some cars are trying to kill and hurt Lightning Mcqueen so he can't win!

I liked this movie. The animation was really well done and my childhood film came back to life ^__^
