Can't Become friends

Ok, so I made a spare account actually out of inspiration from my BGF pet ZahraGreenPaw is the account name and when go to friends, click organize, then add+, type Danibearycool7, then a message comes up saying that the friend request was sent. I then log off and log on to danibearycool7 and I accept the friend request. Everything seems A-ok at this point but then I log back into ZahraGreenPaw and go to my messages and it says friend request accepted So I try to transfer some of my items through bearmail to my account and Danibearycool7's name is nowhere to be found.So, I check my friends list and find that Danibearycool7 has yet to be added and I have tried the friend request process about 5 times now. Also none of the friend requests on bearville seem to activate on my friends list either for some odd reason see here are some pics

That's really strange Never happened to me before.

I know it is strange but I have had some problems on my main account too sometimes like I added aleciautumn10 the other day when we were trying to meet up on bearville and it worked fine but now there are times where she doesn't show up in my friends list as if she was never my friend to begin with. It has just been really strange lately

She either has 200 friends or you do. That what usually happens. It says your name cannot add friends because she has 200 friends but its actually the person you are trying to add

no it isn't that cause our requests were accepted and we became friends and my danibearycool7 only has 15? friends so I am still a little ways from 200. But it wasn't the message that popped up because the request was accepted it is just the name in my friends list being missing that is bugging me.

My friend list doesn't show up sometimes, so it says I have no friends

That happen w/ my account, and my second account, also.
