The unicorn, cake outfits, maxine ski hat are pretty rare to me. I'm not sure about the other items

The bag with a "P" on it was a one day only gift from Pawlette on her birthday way back in 2008. Not many people have it.

Yup, most of those items are rare. Some are PSI's too.

Some of those are rare, some are fountain items or from giveaway. But you do have lots of PSIs. You can try trading in the BearXChange on BGF are these even rare? 143839
