Where do you get these items from?

Tiki Costume Necklace and Paperboy Bag

I've actually been trying to figure this out myself.

I think they're both fountain items, but I'm not sure.

I don't know. But when you scroll over the necklace it says it's 0 bbs and when you scroll over the bag it says it's 50 bbs.

I think the news bag is from reading the Bearville Times.

The tiki necklace might come with the tiki outfit, which might come from...a quest or some event on BABV. Maybe a code, and Cheer's probably right about the bag.
I'm pretty sure they're not PSI's though.

The first was from AbbieBright's traveling market; the second was from the Bearville Times.

Emmie -- it's not from the Hello Kitty quest. It's from AbbieBright's travelling market. She had a few different tiki outfits, and the necklace was part of one.

Molly is right. The tiki necklace is from AbbieBright's travelling market and the Bag is from reading the Bearville Times.
