Its in some recipe I don't remember. You know when you have to separate the liquid into the sprainer and the solid stuff out? I have no idea how to explain this Dx

I like cracking eggs. I find the stove stuff boring, like changing the temperature to high/medium/low, stirring, blowing, etc. I don't like to saute either. I always get it wrong.
