Good Posture?

At school I sit criss cross and it messes up my posture. Literally I can help but to sit like that in my desk

How can you get excess muscle in your back due to slouching? You let those loose when you slouch.

When I walk I have good posture, now when I'm sitting.. that's a different story lol

I slouch, I can't help it. I try to have good posture but it gets uncomfortable

You should try to walk straight. It's gunna hurt, but you'll thank yourself in the future.

This girl in my class had such horrible posture, that when she walks, it looks like and S. She walks hunched with her stomach jutting frontwards. It looks so weird.

Hmm I slouch, all the time it is probably bad for me, and I play a instrument O.o Well while I play my clarinet/oboe ( I play both) I keep a good posture, I should work on it all the time.

Sometimes. But whenever I'm in my computer chair, I was slouch cause it so comfortable and sometimes when I'm just really relaxed

It's easier to walk straight, then sit straight for me. Well, if you're sitting for a really long time.
