Hula hoop or jump rope?

Cyrus, your right it is a talent. One that I don't have
I can keep moving my waist for at least 2 or 3 minutes, but not more than that.

Depends what kind of jump rope you use, the rope material, or that plastic type of material for the jump rope.

Haha, I've done that before. It's kind of hard, though, if the hula hoop is too small.

Kind of, the hula hoop was really small, I only did a few until I got bored and gave up. Has anyone else tried it before?

Not me. I like huge hula hoops. And I can't jump rope inside the hula hoop, cause the rope would hit the hoop. Too complicated xP

Hm, I think I confused myself the whole entire time. By jump roping in a hula hoop, I thought you meant using the hula hoop as a "jump rope". I've done that one before, yes.

I thought that as well. I can't imagine doing both at once.

Lol. Hulahooping does take some practice. It was hard for me to learn it in the first place.
