Not enough credits..

Okay so I just got 10 credits onlineand we paid our 10.00$ BUTwhen I put in the code it only gave me 1 credit.I am so mad I am in tears. RIP OFF

Wait . . . did you enter the code from the receipt or the card?

You must have entered the receipt code from your 10-credit purchase. Check your email- when you make an online purchase they will send the BVO card code to your email. If you didn't get any, send an email to vwhelp@buildabear.com. Happened to me TWICE when I purchased VIB's. I emailed them and they sent me the webcodes. Just make sure to email them your receipt code and order number.

Admin is right. After you get your order confirmation email, you will get your BVO code in a different email. Sometimes it takes a while to show up. My virtual furry friend didn't show up for a few hours after I purchased it.
