Do you know what Paris Macaroons are?

They are a french pastry sold in a french or gourmet bakery. It's really expensive cause its imported from France and its super good. I have tried vanilla, chocolate and raspberry

They're actually called French Macarons, or sometimes smelled French Macaroons.

I've wanted to try them for a long time, and I finally have. My sister bought them for me, I have raspberry and the green kind at my house. So far I've only tasted the green kind. They looked completely different compared to ordinary macaroons.

They're really sweet, but she bought them at Metro so they might not be "traditionally" made.

I tried the raspberry kind, the filling is like chocolate mixed with raspberry. It's less sweet than the green kind.

I've heard of them but i've never tried one

I tryed them they are really good I enjoy them alot but it was along time ago I don't remember what they are but I remember I loved them they are really hard to get too I know.

Really? I thought the green one which would be pistachio would be more nuttier than sweeter

Really? I thought the green one which would be pistachio would be more nuttier than sweeter

I remember tasting the nuts, yeah. Haha. No, the filling inside is actually a lot more sweeter. I can't be for sure though because it was bought from Metro, not like a traditional French bakery or something.

You can make them, but they're really hard to make, and time consuming too. I've tried doing it with a friend. Didn't turn out the best, maybe because of the recipe I used, or something. But you could always give it a try.

I wouldn't, personally. I don't have much interest in finding a recipe that I can eat.
