They are the Jonas Brother glasses.
You got those if you bought the Jonas Brothers dog the first week it was selling.Now they are "rare" because you can no longer get it.

What do you mean? Like the sweepstakes that have happened in BABW/BABV? Or just the overall meaning? There's been a ton of sweepstakes, not just the Jonas Brothers one, also the iCarly one etc.
