How do you cheer yourself up when your sad ?

I know it's weird, but I feel better

Talking it out, and maybe spending time with people.
I usually just talk to one of my friends whose really funny.
I love laughing .

Ehh.
I don't like laughing.
And when I do laugh, its not pretty.
My laugh is really high pitched and I snort sometimes too
So I just like being alone when I'm sad.

Laughing prevents heart disease, so I've heard .
And I think everyone looks good when they laugh .
I only snort when its like ultra ultra funny .

It does prevent something, I'm not sure if it's heart disease.

Dancing is awesome !
I love to dance, but my sister hates it, so she looks all funny at me when I dance

or i just talk to my friends, but usually i am the one who cheers people up
