Do you drink sports drinks?

Oh here let me explain. When you're really thirsty after running for a long time and water has no taste right? I like to drink something with flavor after running

Anything with flavor doesn't satisfy me.

Flavor is for mealtime. This is worktime, and my cells need H2O! Haha.

water!!! xD i do track, and we have rule when your not allowed to have sports drinks only water, because sugar and sweet flavors tend to slow you down
