Getting in shape for cross country. I feel soooo fantastic.

After like a really long run, I just take my water bottle and dump all the water on me. It feels SO good :yes:

I used to have contests when I was like 5.
Who could drink a bottle of water the fastest.
I used to win, and get cramps.
Too much water in me tummy :S

This is my first year of it, actually. I just got off track season, and I want to stay in shape, so it will keep me on the right road.
