Bear Boulevard, overrated?

As many of you know, Bear Boulevard, is like, the hot list den.

It's a good place for the richest players to meet up and trade rare items or make friends. It can be difficult to enter the den when there are many people online, as many people are trying to get in!

However, I don't like going there that much. A good portion of the traders are snooty and make bad offers in attempt to get rare items on the cheap. In addition, a lot of people harass each other over trading, adding each other as friends, etc...

What do you think?

I agree bear blvd is overrated.
