There are three levels of each badge topics, like if you finish Growth and Devolopment, you go to silver, then if you finish that, you get gold, well maybe... If you fill up your meter you go up! I found that out.. today......Gotta get more points...

It's pretty cool. All my badges are still at the very beginning, though. I'm trying to level up but it takes so long!
