'Non-existent' Cybearguides????

(Sometimes) When I am inside the Bearywood Mall, (@ the entrance) there is a cybearguide' standing right on the entrance arrow. I cannot click on them, I have never heard of Cybearguides in BABV with these nmes, and when I search for them in Find A FRiend,it says theyy dont exist. The ams I have seen are:
MichelleCybearGuide
JimmyCybearGuide
LauraCybearGuide
And a few more I believe....
Are these CybearGuides or is my accoun glitched?
PS: They will dance and then disapear about 30 seconds later...I will get a pic if I can.....

I saw that to when I was having my photo taking with santa these cyberguides kept popping in and out of the mall I clicked on them but nothing happened creppy.

I believe they are Safety CyBearGuides as to what you are referring too.
