Not Getting Snowman in Snowman Collection or Can't Put Stuff on Glass Desk? Empty Not Getting Snowman in Snowman Collection or Can't Put Stuff on Glass Desk?

I had all my snowman collection but when I clicked Redeem it wouldn't budge. Also, I can't put stuff on the Glass Desk. What's wrong??
