Glitch?

I saw Greentracks & MiguelSunshine today in BABV. I didn't seem then at first because they were hidden, and I logged in and out several times and finally it worked. And a ton of other people couldn't see them either. When I saw them, I got a gift from GreenTracks but not Miguel, he said it was a glitch. So I'm reporting it to let y'all know

Yes, we received lots of reports regarding this
