Open certificate?

What's an open certificate, and how can you receive one?

An open certificate is a BABV birth certificate that allows you to choose any bear in the system (or so i think...) And i dont think they are avalible anymoree....

I emailed vwhelp about your problem and they said that they are no longer able to buy or purchase and they can bring to life any virtual bear online! The code can also work up to five times, so you could have five bears online.

Hi Adam! An Open Birth Certificate is issued when a furry friend bought through Build-A-Bear Workshop is not currently available in the game.

This birth certificate gives you the option to choose from the furry friends list in Build-A-Bearville.

An 'Open certificate' is a certificate from your bear that lets you chose ANY bear at all when you put it online.
You could get these from re birthing a bear, but BABW are not allowing it anymore.

Not always. Most new furry friends are already in the system. So you may happen to get one at some point, but it is generally unlikely and cannot be guaranteed with any furry friend
