Is the orca hat rare?

Is this hat rare?



Some people say it is,some say it isn't. I'm confused

Yes it is quite rare since its a retired bear PSI. You can only get this bear with its virtual gift by gaining an open certificate So I condisir it rare (:

It's really a matter of opinion. I say personally that if you can get it from an open certificate it is not rare because anyone can get it even if they don't have the animal. There are only a few animals that are not available that way and those things would be more rare.

Like Mama said, it's a matter of opinion. Some things for some reason in BABV people consider it more rare for some reason. Like for example, bunny glasses or furry boots, like most people have them but for some reason they're considered really "rare". Depends on your preference, like I guess what a lot of people want is considered rare... it's really confusing whether to say whether or not it is "rare", depends on what you want.

I agree with Mama and Bear , I would say something rare is something that you can't get anymore, except by trading .
So I guess it makes the orca hat rare .

I think it is because it's kind of hard to get the bear and people like it so yeah it kind of is.

Deciding whether its rare is your opinion. Like for my opinion I would say it is rareish but there is definately rarer stuff.

I usually think if things are good looking or not, then decide if people would want it. Usually.
I don't like the orca hat that much, but I think the orca hat is rare. I remember a while ago, they said every PSI was equal. But i'd say it is wanted.

I like the orca hat because it's really a cool thing to have. I'm not sure if its rare or not. But some people says it is, so maybe it is
