I suggest our uniform can be sporty:

Girls:

blue belted sweater top - 300 bear bills
black denim skinny leg jeans- 200 bear bills
purple high tops- 400 bear bills

Boys:

blue two tone tee - 250 bear bills
black cuffed capris -200 bear bills
blue pattered capris shoes- 150 bear bills

It is fine it was just a plan but i never really got to make it an official meeting for the club. I love the outfit but i would like it to be a little sporty but i think your choices are beautiful.

Time Zone and best time for meetings: I am in Wisconsin so I think that is central time zone? lol and idk about meetings, I don't plan activities in my life, they just happen lol so idk
