babw reciept help

I bought a build a bear and there is no code on my reciept for credits online? Can anyone PLEASE PLEASE help me since I have been trying to figure this out for Weeks now, Milly x

Maybe because you only bought a bear.
Take it back to BABW and ask were the code is because it might be a fault.

I cannot go back it is 3 hours away from where I live... I bought a Bearf and clothes too.

The code is the bottom of your receipt under the survey information. Every receipt has one so yours is there you just have to find it. Under the survey info it will say:

You have earned FREE virtual stuff at buildabearville.com!

it will look like this : 0000-000000-0000-000000 but with other numbers replacing the 0's.

I have the reciept in my Hands. It says nothing about a Reciept Code or that I have earned something free?

MamaNoodles is right - they always print down at the bottom of the receipt.

It isnt there Im so sad!
There is a code:
00119382657, but thats not long enough to be a reciept code, i think thats a barcode<

NOTE: I emailed Maxine and she has been trying to sort it out for a While now. I should have checked for the code in the Actual shop!
