Help on the hello kitty quest

how do i get underwater????

Go inside the lighthouse and click on the top of the hatch in the Watch Room. It will have you choose a wetsuit and then you go underwater.

Some of the shells may not be easy to spot as other people might be swimming over the shells...if you wait for them to move then the shells are easier to see. Good luck!
