It is not working since they changed over to the new newspaper in the middle of the day yesterday. I was able to get the hat in the morning with last week's newspaper, but my friend was not able to get it when she logged in after they changed to the new newspaper. I told her to go to the archives in the Libeary and read last week's paper, but it still didn't work for her.

It seems like it only worked for a short amount of time. When the new Bearville Times came out it was gone.
