Receipt???

i ordered my 2 bears online, but it didn't come with a receipt, and i checked my e-mail already
plus the bears already came today

i orederd a bear too. there should be a big envelope that comes w/ the bear, and there is an invoice that you paid, and it should have ur SFS # and recipt code # and the bears you ordered. thats what i did

o, i see it now, but on the receipt code part, it says get_RC_failed

idk, if there is a code then try typin it in, but if there isnt, then you should email babw with ur order number
