Camo Bear

I heard that the camo bear comes with an open certificate. Is that true? And if it is, if I buy the bear online, will the open certificate come with the bear still?

Nope, the Camo Bear came with an open certificate on the day it first came out. Now it comes with a camo hat, pants and shirt.
