I found this person with a bear that I've never seen before and his clothes Does anybody know what it is?

it is the Uk frosty the snowman bear the Uk one gets the snowman suit
but not the hat or brom

=actually just the body is from the UK snowman. The frost PSI comes with the hat, scarf and broom.
