Graphic HELP!

do any of you know any graphic programs for the PC?

and how do you add a background on photophilter

A few programs, are Photoshop, Photofitre, and the Photofiltre you can purchase.

You can download Photofiltre, GIMP or Paint.net for free. Paint.net is good for making images transparent and adding backgrounds, Photofiltre has great effects and you can add brushes and masks to it and GIMP is like Photoshop (but I think it's difficult tu use). Plus, you can purchase Photoshop or Photofiltre Studio

And about adding a background on PF:

1. Open the picture with your character on it
2. Open the background picture
3. Select the Magic Wand Tool and click on the background of the picture with your character
4. Right click on the background picture and then choose Copy
5. Right click on the picture with your character on it, then click Paste in
6. Now you have the background behind your character. You can move it with your mouse until you think it looks good
7. Save the image
