Frosty and Hal

I have questions on hal moose and frosty the snowman.
They both light up but I was wondering can you turn their lights off.... or does it keep lighting up till the batteries go out?

you can turn it off there is a button you press

Both of those furry friends have a battery pack on their sides that have a velcro closure. You can turn them on and off as well as replace the batteries.
