Glitched Profiles? Empty Glitched Profiles?

Recently I have been noticing a glitch on BGF.
I have tried to post multiple times on members' profiles, but it would always say
'Sorry, but the following user(s) can't receive Pm's.'
I do not understand this, because I was not trying to send a Pm; I wanted to send a Vm Glitched Profiles? Icon_razz

Is this happening to any of you?
