I can't trade..

OK so I was in the FAQ forum, and I clicked the question "Why can't I trade".
I have been a member for two weeks and I have made 7 posts. Does it have to be 2 weeks from your first post or something?
Or do I need to make more posts? I can't see the trading forum and when I click a person's signature that says trade, it says only users with special access can come.
