Slow loading

Hi, I just want to know if is there any problem with BABV right now cause I I can't get in , and everytime I wanna trade the screen freezes.

How frequent to you get this error?

Usually when this error shows, all you have to do is to log out, and then try again. It's recommended to wait up to a maximum of 5mins before logging back in.

I get the error alot everytime i try to log in and i tryed everything that whelp suggested to me and nothing works

Don't just give up there, we'll try to figure out how to fix that, don't worry.

Ok, another thing i want you to check is your internet connection. Can you ask help from an adult? What type of connection do you have?

When you play Build-A-Bearville, do you have other programs running?
