Avie is not moving - Please lock

I made an avie but when I upload it, it's not moving.
I have saved it on my computer as a .GIF and it's moving there. I did it with lunapic.

When I'm posting it here it's moving too.

Oh, and why is it smaller when it shows as my avie? It's 200 x300.

Yes do what Nadine says because if you upload it from your computer, the file will not move.
