The wizard hat, broom stick and the other 3 items are NOT items/prizes that will go to your inventory. These are the items you need to find for 5 days to get the Spell book and Kooky Spooky Costume. You will also get bear bills every time you find the item.

This is kind of strange. I got the hat and then the next day I played again and i found the hat again. Shouldn't I find the broom on the second day?
