Changing password on BABV

I'm trying to change the pass of one of my accounts, but I don't think I ever get the email. It's not the wrong email since I got the Open Chat email for the account. Am I supposed to wait a few days?

some people got the email yesterday but they are still emailing them you know so you should recieve them by Monday

We choose "CHANGE PASSWORD" when you change your password in the PDA.



On the Manage your account tab, type your old and new password and click OK



There will be a message saying that your password has been saved.



It will automatically saved on your computer. Click OK and when you go back to Manage your account tab, just click the "X" button. We will not send you a confirmation e-mail that you have changed your password.

After that, you can now use the new password you made the next time you will log in.

Thanks for your help niki but the account I'm trying to change is younger than 13 so I get a different message.

I'm sorry I forgot. Please let me know if you still don't have the e-mail confirmation. And, can you tell me what is the username you are trying to change your password? Thanks!

Yeah, I still don't have the email. I asked Hampton she said I could say it so it's ZoeyIHeartHoney99
