BABV game cards?

I got a game card at my local grocery store and I followed the directions on it but it did not work, can someone tell me what to do?

It does have a babv code on it, but I dont think the code is right. There are three different number scentences, but two are too short and one is too long. It looks about the same, but the card does not come with a $1 donation card, so I think that it is an old one.

Hmm... I think those are the ride cards, but I'm not exactly sure. Sorry I wasn't a big help.

Can you post a picture of the front of the card. Not the side with the code. I don't want you to loose your code. Maybe that would help.
