Where did they come from? How did they become glitch? Thanks.

acctually they are not glitched, there was a day when the color wheel was available so everyone got different colors besides blue,and pink whn they completed the quest. so does that answer your question?

When you completed the fashion challenge like last year, There was a day where you could choose any color you wanted. In fact i was one of the lucky people who got to choose the color. I got red, But then i traded it.

Well. you could get them . when the carnival started september 1st at abbybrights traveling market. but there only navy blue. but there still rare.
