How do I paste it when I have cropped it?

OK, once you have cropped it on Lunapic or whichever site you have chosen to go on, you need to get the code for it.

To get the code, there is a button that will say Save in the File menu. And then it will take you to a page where it will give you a code.
If your image you need is an animated photo, you'll need to save it as a GIF. If it's not, like in your case, you need to save it as a JPG or use an Image Host. If you used Lunapic, Lunapic should give you an option to save it to ImageShack. ImageShack will give you a code, and you need the code for Forums and Boards. If you save it as a GIF or JPG or anything like that, it'll save it to your computer.
It depends on what you'd like to do with it:
a. A one time usage of a photo
b. An all time usage of a photo
