hi! I have a question. ok so, I woudl really like to be able to make people siggys and avis but IDK how, so what websire do you goes on to make those awesome backgrounds and stuff?

Umm You can go to lunapic,picnik,FotoFlexer. Or you can download programs

photoshop is always the best and animation shop 3 to animate them

You can use many websites which are very easy to use like lunapic, picnik or Blingee. Many tutorials fur these programs are posted here too.

Or you can download a program. Some are free like paint.NET and Photofiltre. Photoshop is a great program too, but you have to pay for it. But there is a free 3 month trial, I think. Some tutorials are posted here in the forums too, but there are lots of great tutorials in youtube.

It doesn't matter which program you use, I guess. Just do many requests and don't be sad if they don't choose yours. You'll get better with each graphic you do - so just practise
