Chloe Show

At the show,
I still can't get the move & every time I go in it freezes up with a hour glass, & I have cleared my cache so many times & restarted my computer, & tried it on other computers too. So will I not be able to get the move?....

It has, I Log on BABV everyday & it still does it, since it first came out, & i haven't gotten the move yet?...........

I'm sorry about this Maggie, I'm pretty sure its getting quite frustrating. There are a lot of things that could affect the game's loading time, so have to find out what exactly is causing this to happen. I want to ask a few things though to help you out with this..

How often do you experience this? I mean, is it just every time you try to watch Chloe's show, and not anywhere else in the map?

Were there a lot of people trying to get in the studio as well when you tried going there?

It never happened to me before only when I try to watch Itzels show.
When I walk in this is what pops up:

& When I hit yes:

I walk in place! & When i hit no it is a continuous hour glass

Were there a lot of people trying to get in the studio as well when you tried going there?
No, i would try both ways, logging in on an empty one or full. I have been trying all week!

Hi Joe I logged on & it took me to the chloe show, & strarted playing but they weren't moving, & now i can't walk around. So idk if I got the move or not, I am going to log out.

EDIT; i didn't get the move,& i let it run twice

Hi! Hmmm...looks like you might have to clear your Flash Player's cache. This is different from clearing your browser's cache. Try doing the following:

1. While you're in Build-A-Bearville, right-click anywhere in your screen.
2. Click Settings and then choose the tab that looks like a monitor and an eyeball (Privacy)
3. Click the 'Advanced' button. This would open a new browser tab or browser window.
4. On the newly opened browser tab or window, on the left portion of the page, you will see Table of Contents.
5. Under 'Settings Manager' click the 'Website Storage Settings Panel'.
6. Scroll to find www.buildabearville.com in the list and click it.
7. Choose 'Delete website'.
8. Click 'Confirm'.
9. Close the web browser
10. Open a new browser window and go back into Build-A-Bearville.

It looks difficult, but you can actually finish it in a breeze.

Oh, and about not getting your move; please email vwhelp@buildabear.com. They will be able to give you the Let's Talk About Love move if it's not showing on your moves list.

This happen 2 me ALL THE TIME,well sometimes.Say yes.If it pops up again say yes.WATEVER YOU DO DO NOT SAY NO.It will come up more than one sometimes.

It is only your computer is loading slow,because something is loading.Just say YES and it will take you back to buildbearville.

lol. I always do no when that pops up and it works just fine.

that happened to me a lot but once I sat in a seat it worked I'm not saying it
will work fur sure try it and see if it works thats what worked fur me but again it may
not work fur you!
