They are really rare and a few people have them. That makes them rare.

i gave away an items i loved to wear for a hpt and if they come back what was the point of giveing an item away and if you trade a item u love for a hpt.. and if you trade a hpt you get more then 1 item

I think they should bring the least wanted retired items . The HPT are the most wanted. I saw someone trade a Alien Globe for a Dance Star outfit.

but you can trade other psi for the psi you gave away for the hpt

I don't think they should come back. I traded red dino shoes for 3 HPTs. It wouldn't be fair to me.
