Officers help

I asked Itzel to join BGF and she said yes( ) but when she tried to register, it wouldn't work!
It just said "Sorry, you cannot subscribe on this forum. Please contact the administrator."
I contacted Admin for her and now I'm just waiting but...I wanna know what's wrong..

My sis had the problem too

that ahppen to my friends all the time
but then we try again and it worked

i tried and that happened so i had to do it again and it worked

Maybe some information is not right or she's not old enough? But i'm not sure.
