I think you have to sign anywhere at the Jobs section. Then you get choosen by the staff fur good behaviour ans pawsome attitude and being helpful.

Try your best, try to stick to the forum rules, help others and be yourself. And make sure you don't go on and on about wanting to be an apprentice, that will just annoy rather than increasing your chances.
