CBG Job, Interview, & Pay?

So how did you get the job of being a CybearGuide on Build-a-bearville?
Do you guys like get interviewed and then get paid for the job or somethign?

All of the CyBearGuides work for Build-A-Bear Workshop and the Build-A-Bearville game. We started out helping to answer VWHelp emails and then as we became experts of the game, we were promoted to CyBearGuides. Hope that straightens out things. CBG Job, Interview, & Pay? 610897
