He is in the sportsplex chatting, no sign of other VIPs right now on the server.

ETA when I first posted, he was in Clouds, he's since moved to Bear Boulevard, look to the last post for the most current location.

Sorry, on other forums they auto merge... and it was new information on where to find them, plus a new guide joined.

Both guides just left Bear Boulevard
